REFUND POLICY
If your purchase isn't exactly what you were looking for, don't worry, we've got you covered!
Our "Return Policy" is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery to your address.
You can return for a refund, exchange for another item/style/color or receive store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
All returns/exchanges must be initiated within this 7 days window. After this window has passed, no returns/exchanges will be processed.

Please be advise that costs associated with return shipping are not covered under our policy.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the item arrives, please allow 5-10 business days for processing of your refund. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For product damages, you must notify us within the first 72 hours of receiving your order. If more time has passed, we reserve the right to deny a replacement or exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
